We export to 60+ countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America, with door-to-door freight, customs documentation and insurance handled by our team.

How fast will I receive a quotation?

Most configuration lists receive a detailed quotation within one business day. For complex deployments, our engineers confirm compatibility and provide options before pricing.

How do I pay, and what terms are available?

We accept international bank transfer (T/T) in USD. Standard orders are confirmed against a proforma invoice, while established repeat accounts and project bidders can discuss agreed payment terms in advance.

What is the lead time for delivery to the Middle East or Southeast Asia?

In-stock configurations are normally built and tested within a few business days, followed by door-to-door air or sea freight depending on the destination. We provide a clear timeline and tracking once the order is confirmed.

How is warranty and after-sales support handled overseas?

New servers carry a 3-year warranty. Our support team coordinates with the manufacturer and arranges replacement parts and remote troubleshooting, so you receive the same level of service in any region we ship to.

Can you build a fully custom configuration to my specification?

Yes. Send your required CPU, memory, drives, accelerators, power and networking preferences — or simply describe the workload and target budget. Our engineers specify, assemble and burn-in test the complete system before shipment.

Lossless networking for AI and storage

All three families support priority flow control (PFC/802.1Qbb) and explicit congestion notification (ECN) for lossless Ethernet, enabling RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE) traffic between GPUs and NVMe-oF storage without a separate storage network.

Optics, breakouts and transceivers

QSFP28 ports can break out into lower-speed ports with the right cables — for example a 100GbE QSFP28 as 4 x 25GbE. Tell us your cabling plan and we will supply the matching optics, DAC and AOC cables and confirm every link budget.

Do you sell data center switches together with servers?

Yes. We supply switches, servers and storage as one configured bill of materials so the network is matched to the compute and storage you are ordering and everything ships together.

Which switch brands do you offer?

We currently supply Dell PowerSwitch (the open-networking S5200 series) and Huawei CloudEngine (the CE6800 series). Contact us if you are standardised on another vendor and we will advise.

Should I choose 25GbE or 100GbE access?

25GbE top-of-rack remains the cost-effective choice for general server access, while 100GbE leaf and spine ports raise east-west bandwidth for dense virtualization, AI and storage traffic. We size this from your oversubscription target.

What network operating systems are available?

Dell PowerSwitch supports Dell SmartFabric OS10, Enterprise SONiC and third-party operating systems installed through ONIE. Huawei CloudEngine runs the Huawei VRP platform with VXLAN and BGP EVPN support.

Can you supply optics and cables?

Yes. We provide compatible SFP28, QSFP28 and QSFP28-DD optics plus DAC and AOC cables, and we plan breakouts and validate connectivity as part of the configuration.

Do the switches support lossless RoCE?

Yes. PFC, ECN and lossless Ethernet features support RoCE traffic for GPU clusters and NVMe-oF storage on all the families listed here.

What is a leaf-spine architecture?

Servers connect to leaf (top-of-rack) switches, which connect in a full mesh to spine switches. Every leaf reaches every spine in one hop, giving predictable, east-west bandwidth that scales by adding spine or leaf switches.

How is oversubscription calculated?

Oversubscription is the ratio of total server-facing bandwidth to total fabric-facing bandwidth on a leaf switch. A common target is between 3:1 and 4:1; AI and storage fabrics often aim lower, close to 1:1.

Can you configure the switches before shipping?

Yes. We can image the chosen network operating system and load an agreed reference configuration (VLANs, interfaces, BGP EVPN, MLAG/M-LAG) so deployment on site is faster.

How are switches shipped internationally?

They are packed in export packaging with rails, optics, cables and documentation, and shipped with your servers and storage under a single quotation, including door-to-door freight where required.

Are these new, genuine products?

Yes. The switches are genuine, current models supplied with the manufacturer’s standard hardware warranty; exact warranty terms depend on the model and the configuration ordered.
