Are all products genuinely new?
Yes. Products are either brand-new and factory-sealed current generation or factory-sealed New Old Stock from earlier generations. We do not supply previously deployed, open-box or secondary-market units.
What is the difference between new and New Old Stock?
Brand-new units are the latest generation with current features. New Old Stock is still factory-sealed and unused but from a previous generation, offered at a lower price — both carry a 3-year warranty.
Which should I choose first, a server or storage?
Start from the workload. If you need compute for applications, virtualization or databases, begin with a server; if the priority is backup, shared storage or large unstructured data, begin with a storage system. We can size both together as a matched solution.
Can you supply Dell and Huawei together in one order?
Yes. We configure multi-vendor orders and provide a single consolidated quotation, commercial invoice and shipment plan, which is useful for complete infrastructure refreshes or project tenders.
Do the prices on the site include shipping and duties?
