How do I pay, and what terms are available?

In-stock configurations are normally built and tested within a few business days, followed by door-to-door air or sea freight depending on the destination. We provide a clear timeline and tracking once the order is confirmed.

The quality controls below describe what we actually do — how we source, inspect, configure and document every order — rather than certifications we do not hold.

How we keep quality under control

Authorized-channel sourcing

We buy new and factory-sealed units through established distributor and channel routes for Dell PowerEdge, Lenovo ThinkSystem, xFusion FusionServer, Inspur and Huawei storage, and trace each unit back to its channel source.

Condition verified, not assumed

Every unit is checked for factory seals, build date and original configuration. We only ship brand-new or factory-sealed New Old Stock — never previously deployed, secondary-market or open-box units passed off as new.

Inbound inspection

On arrival we verify the service tag and serial numbers, confirm the BOM against the order, inspect enclosures and connectors, and check that fans, power supplies, drives and risers are present and undamaged.

Build & burn-in testing

Configured systems are assembled to specification and powered on: POST, memory and drive recognition, firmware levels, thermal and fan behaviour, and iDRAC/BMC system event logs are reviewed before dispatch.

Accurate specifications

Model, generation, capacity and compatibility information is checked against the manufacturer’s official specifications and support matrices. Capacities use decimal units (1 TB = 1,000 GB), and any older sealed stock is labelled for what it is.

Photographed & documented

Each configured unit is photographed before it leaves us, and the commercial invoice, packing list, service tag and warranty term are provided with the order so condition and coverage are unambiguous.

Warranty and accountability

Brand-new, factory-sealed servers carry a 3-year warranty; sealed New Old Stock carries a 3-year warranty backed directly by Beijing Xinchuan Technology Co., Ltd. Spare parts ordered separately carry the term stated on the line item and invoice (typically a 1-year limited warranty for compatible spare parts).
