Import duties, VAT and local taxes at destination are normally the buyer’s responsibility; we provide accurate commercial invoice, HS code and packing list so customs clearance is straightforward. Yes. We supply a commercial invoice and packing list, the company business licence, verifiable service tags, an Incoterm-based proforma, and where available test or burn-in reports. For resellers and tender projects we can also provide certificates and product documentation within what is available for genuine channel-sourced units.

Channel pricing and stock move quickly, so a quotation is typically held for a limited number of days as stated on it. A deposit reserves the confirmed units and locks the build; we do not hold stock without commitment during shortages. Yes. Beyond complete servers we can supply genuine spare parts, drives, memory, NICs and rail kits, and help you expand or match an existing fleet later. Spare-part lines carry the warranty stated on the invoice and are sourced through the same authorised channels, which helps keep a multi-year deployment consistent and serviceable.
