Overview
Controller silicon: Nvidia ConnectX-7. Host interface: PCIe 3.0/4.0.
Port speeds available: 200GbE / 400GbE, using OSFP connectors. 2-port and (where listed) 4-port cards are available.
The controller supports RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCE) for low-latency storage and HPC traffic, plus SR-IOV virtual functions for virtualized hosts.
Some variants also operate as InfiniBand HCAs (NDR/HDR/EDR), so they can be used in IB fabrics as well as Ethernet.
Cabling note: Optical modules/DAC are sold separately unless the variant states they are included.

How to choose
Choose the speed and connector to match your top-of-rack switch: copper DAC for short, low-cost links, fiber/AOC for longer runs, and RJ45/BASE-T where copper structured cabling already exists. Prefer OCP 3.0 on servers that route the NIC through the chassis to free PCIe slots.
