The R6625 puts two AMD EPYC 9004 Series (Genoa, Zen 4) processors into a compact 1U rack chassis: 12 DDR5 channels per socket, PCIe Gen5 expansion, an OCP 3.0 networking bay and E3.S front storage. With the 128-core EPYC 9754 in each socket, the system reaches 256 Zen 4 cores in one 1U node, while 24 DDR5-4800 RDIMMs provide up to 6 TB of memory. Selected high-power CPU options run at up to 400 W cTDP and are configured with direct liquid cooling; air-cooled SKUs cover the mainstream range.
It targets workloads that genuinely need two sockets in one rack unit: dense vSphere/Hyper-V/KVM virtualization, HPC and batch farms, all-flash vSAN/Ceph 1U nodes and memory-heavy analytics. As current production, components, firmware and the manufacturer warranty are all first-line.

Processors. Two AMD EPYC 9004 Series (Genoa) CPUs, up to 128 cores per socket (EPYC 9754) and 256 in total. Selected high-power options reach 400 W cTDP and require direct liquid cooling; exact SKU, core count and cooling are confirmed on the order and inspection report.
Memory. 24 × DDR5-4800 RDIMM slots, 24 channels (12 per socket) at 4800 MT/s, up to 6 TB. DIMM layouts are matched across multi-unit cluster orders.
Storage. Front: 4 × 3.5″, 8 × 2.5″ NVMe or 10 × 2.5″, or 14 / 16 × E3.S. Rear: 2 × 2.5″ or 2 × E3.S. Maximum flash is 16 × E3.S, or a front 2.5″ plus rear E3.S combination, depending on backplane.
